Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice in Clapham junction and Balham.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and providing high-quality dental care to our patients. You will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health. Utilise medical imaging techniques to capture accurate diagnostic images. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Assist in the development of treatment plans based on patient assessments. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments performed. Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygienist licence and indemnity Registration with the GDC Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health and hygiene. Experience with intraoral scanning is preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and motivate patients. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records.
