We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. Duties

Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing of patients' teeth Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) using advanced imaging technology Conduct oral health assessments and identify potential issues requiring further treatment Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinical protocols Utilise CAD software for designing dental restorations or appliances when required Support the use of medical imaging tools to aid diagnosis and treatment planning Ensure all clinical areas are kept sterile, organised, and compliant with health regulations

Qualifications

recognised qualification as a Dental Hygienist or equivalent Knowledge of anatomy relevant to oral health and dental procedures Experience with CAD applications utilised in dentistry is desirable Proficiency in medical imaging techniques pertinent to dental diagnostics Strong understanding of oral anatomy, disease prevention, and patient care principles Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
