Dental Hygienist - Full-Time | R-Dental (Private Practice, Edgware)

R-Dental is seeking a motivated and caring

Dental Hygienist

to join our fully private, patient-focused practice on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality preventative care, supporting patients in achieving and maintaining excellent oral health, and working alongside a team of dedicated and professional clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

Provide thorough scaling, polishing, and other hygiene treatments to patients Deliver oral health education and tailored preventative advice to patients of all ages Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in line with GDC standards Ensure the surgery is clean, safe, and fully compliant with HTM 01-05 and CQC regulations Work collaboratively with dentists and the wider clinical team to provide exceptional patient care Support infection control protocols, audits, and compliance activities Build rapport with patients to encourage long-term oral health habits and treatment uptake

Requirements

GDC-registered

Dental Hygienist

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) Up-to-date vaccinations (e.g., Hepatitis B) Right to work in the UK Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient-focused approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Some private practice experience is desirable
