Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team on a fixed term maternity cover for 12 months with the potential for permanent hours after completion of cover. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices and be committed to providing exceptional patient care. This role is vital in promoting oral health and ensuring a comfortable experience for our patients.
Working hours - Thursdays and Fridays: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and assess patients' oral health Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations
Experience
Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist or similar role is preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental health Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 27.41-46.19 per hour
Expected hours: 14 per week
