Exciting opportunity available for a motivated dental hygienist to join a caring and friendly 3 chair private and Denplan dental practice in Cricklade.

We aim for best practice and are delighted to offer all patients the latest in biofilm removal technology using the EMS airflow system as well as Cavitron ultrasonic scaler. We use Dentally Software & have full nursing and decontamination support and an excellent friendly team.

We are looking for a Thursday hygienist, 8.30-1 2-16.40 from end of Sept/Oct

Pay would be from 45ph on a self employed basis.

Free on street parking is available plus local free carparks.

Responsibilities of the job include:

providing dental health education about tooth care and diet removing plaque and calculus by scaling and polishing teeth carrying out screening and monitoring procedures treating and helping to prevent gum disease ensuring that sterile conditions are maintained offering advice and encouragement to patients working closely with and under the instruction of dentists using a range of dental instruments keeping up to date with new developments within the profession and maintaining patient dental records
