Qualified Registered Dental Hygienist

About Us:

Happy Family Dental is a private established modernized dental & facial clinic in St Albans since 1984, 2 fully equipped modern surgeries, complete paperless practice including its CQC auditing, with digital x-ray and Digital OPG. We provide implants, clear braces, general & cosmetic dentistry as well as facial aesthetics (anti-wrinkle and dermal fillers).

We are looking for a pleasant, gentle and forward thinking hygienist who is able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high level of patient care and sound clinical knowledge.

1 day per week (Tuesday ideally )

We are able to consider candidates who are available to start as soon as possible for this role.Pay to be discussed at interview on hourly or commission- based

Requirement of Dental Hygienist

Registered with GDC Fully immunized (Hep B) and DBS checked (valid certificates less than three years old) Right to work within the UK Ideally with 2 years' experience working as a hygienist in the UK Must possess strong communication and organizational skills Must be well motivated, hardworking and team player Expected to be a confident and presentable individual Must be gentle, friendly, caring and great at building rapport Fully compliant patient-centered care Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Excellent time management Good computer skills, (knowing SOE (EXACT) software or similar system is a plus)

Responsibilities of Dental Hygienist

Providing excellent patient care Maintaining cross infection controls, equipment and materials to the highest standard Following all CQC compliance procedures
Position starting as soon as possible (Tuesday ideally ).

Salary is negotiable based on experience
