Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. Duties

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health. Perform scaling and polishing of teeth, applying fluoride treatments as necessary. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental care. Assist in medical imaging procedures, ensuring accurate capture of diagnostic images. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with dentists and other team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

A recognised qualification in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution. Previous experience in a dental practice is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of anatomy related to oral health is essential. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining a professional demeanour at all times.
