Responsibilities

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations, assessing patients' oral health. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Perform periodontal assessments and charting, documenting findings accurately. Utilise medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosing dental conditions. Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to infection control protocols. Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Requirements

Valid Dental Hygienist licence or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health principles. Experience with medical imaging techniques is preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to patients. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 9 months

Pay: 20.00-30.00 per hour
