Bradford Dental Clinic, a new fully private, start up practice, are recruiting for a hygienist/therapist to work initially Fridays, and add on another day in due course.

The role is part time initially for Friday, 9-6pm with the usual 1 hour for lunch.

We hope to grow the patient list further and add a second day in due course.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new site, with lots of potential for further expansion and growth.

The practice currently offers the full range of restorative treatment, including clear aligners, dental implants, periodontal treatments and composite bonding.

What we are looking for from the ideal candidate:

- ability to carry out PMPR and oral hygiene instructions to a high standard, including demonstration of use of interdental brushes and brushing technique.

- confident with giving local anaesthetic and subgingival debridement, 6 point pocket chart and assessing the need for more advanced options and referrals.

- excellent patient rapport; being a 'people person' is ideal

- confident with speaking to patients about aetiology of gum disease, and help with improving patient outcomes.

- someone forward thinking, and with a growth mindset, and is keen to help grow the practice.

- providing direct access to patients is an essential requirement of the role.

- experience with airflow is also essential.

- someone willing to get involved with social media for the practice, and keen to make content based on preventative content for the practice.
