Uniqa Dental Laboratory is looking for a full-time

Dental Laboratory Coordinator / Receptionist

to join our admin team.

We are an award-winning, private laboratory established over a decade ago with a reputation for restorative skills and a customer-focused approach. We implement a digital workflow and work with the latest products and equipment. The laboratory itself is spacious, modern and fully air-conditioned, with all the digital technology required.

Located in the heart of Wimbledon, the lab is easy to get to (reliable and quick train connections to Waterloo/Vauxhall/Clapham Junction/Earlsfield/Richmond + London Underground + trams).

What we are looking for:



Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and good phone manners A friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude Organised and methodical person with attention to detail and able to multitask Proficiency in MS Office or similar Previous experience in a dental laboratory or dentistry background would be welcome, but not required Willingness to adapt to our requirements and standards Right to work in the UK is necessary

Mainly responsible for:



Coordinating the workflow of the dental laboratory, including scheduling and tracking cases Front-of-house tasks - communicating with dentists regarding the status of their cases and any special requests Greeting and registering patients, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments Invoicing and organising daily deliveries, ordering materials and stock, packing and sending the patients' cases General administration and preparing all necessary information for the technicians' daily work
