Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all digital workflows, including CAD/CAM design, 3D printing, milling, and scanning
Lead, train, and support a team of digital dental technicians
Enforce
extremely strict turnaround times
, ensuring all team members adhere to deadlines
Monitor daily schedules, allocate workloads, and proactively prevent delays
Collaborate with dentists and clinical partners to resolve technical issues efficiently
Maintain digital equipment and software to ensure smooth production
Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and workflow efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience in a digital dental laboratory role
Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and digital manufacturing processes
Confident leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable to tight deadlines
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering work of the highest standard
