Summary

We are seeking a Dental Nurse to join our friendly team at Butterworth Dental Practice in Alnwick. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring patient comfort and supporting our dentists and hygienists in providing exceptional dental care. Your contributions will be essential to maintaining our commitment to high standards of service.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are available. Provide excellent patient care by addressing patient needs and concerns with empathy. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and post-operative care. Support the training of new staff members and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

Our Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship is your opportunity to develop your skills in a hands-on role, gaining a nationally-recognised qualification and earning whilst you learn. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in IT skills for maintaining patient records and managing appointments. A caring attitude towards patients, ensuring their comfort during visits.
