Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation complies with practice policies and regulations. Sterilise instruments and maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications to enhance patient experience. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow within the practice. Stay updated on dental technologies and practices to provide informed support to both patients and colleagues.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred but not essential; we welcome applications from those looking to start their career in dental nursing. Strong IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling software. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with patients and team members. Proven ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism in a clinical setting. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
