Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Dental Nurse

(Part-Time or Full-Time) to join our family-run dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dentist during various procedures. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patients.

Working Hours:

Monday-Thursday (8.15am-5.45pm) Friday (8.15am-4.30pm)

Salary - starting from 14.25 depending on experience

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared in advance. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans, utilising IT systems effectively. Sterilise instruments and maintain cleanliness in the surgery and waiting areas to adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications or equivalent experience in a dental setting. Minimum requirement of

4-5 days per week

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and team members. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for patient care and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
