Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental practitioners in delivering high-quality dental services. This position requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as proficiency in IT to manage patient records effectively.

Duties

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent patient care, addressing any concerns or questions patients may have. Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans and medical histories. Manage appointment schedules and ensure efficient patient flow within the practice. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Collaborate with the dental team to enhance the overall patient experience.

Requirements

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certification or diploma. Strong patient care skills with a genuine interest in promoting oral health. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. Excellent nursing skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong IT skills for managing electronic patient records and scheduling systems. Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and team members.
