We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared. Provide high standards of patient care, including taking medical histories and explaining treatment plans to patients. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient use of time for both patients and the dental team. Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of dental instruments and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have regarding their treatment. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations within the practice.

Qualifications

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications or diplomas. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members. Proven experience in patient care within a dental setting is preferred. Proficiency in IT systems related to patient management and record keeping. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A compassionate approach towards patient care, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Job Types: Temporary, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Pay: 18.00-30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.5 - 37.5 per week
