Your Responsibilities:



Clinical and Patient Care:

Provide chairside assistance, ensuring patients receive the highest quality care with professionalism and compassion.

Infection Control and Compliance:

Manage instrument sterilization and uphold the highest standards in infection control, assisting with CQC compliance.

Reception and Admin Support:

Competently cover reception as needed, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, although your primary role will remain clinical.

Team Engagement and Training:

Participate in training sessions, audits, and regular team meetings to enhance patient care and personal growth.

Qualifications and Skills:



Qualified Dental Nurse

with required NHS vaccinations, including Hepatitis B.

Patient-Focused and Positive Attitude:

Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and make patients feel at ease.

Adaptability:

A proactive approach to balancing clinical and occasional reception duties.

Tech Savvy:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, digital patient systems, and ideally tools like Canva for social media contributions.
