Middleton St George Dental Care are looking for a GDC registered experienced dental nurse to join our modern, friendly team. This role is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to further their dental nursing career in a busy, progressive, and forward-thinking practice.

What's the practice like?

We are a busy, fully private, four surgery practice situated in a village, with on-site parking. The practice has recently been refurbished, is fully digital with the latest equipment - intraoral scanners, CBCT, digital X-rays, 3D printing etc. Our vision is to help our patients achieve dental health for life; to do this we strive to provide a comfortable, pain-free experience with personalised customer service.

About the role?

The position is part time and will include Saturday mornings as part of a rota.

Your main role would be chairside - not only assisting with routine dentistry but also with cosmetic treatment, Invisalign and dental implants (including hard and soft tissue grafting, sinus lifts etc).

Duties include:

providing reassurance and support to patients preparing and maintaining the clinical environment providing a high standard of cross-infection control assisting with taking and processing digital dental radiographs preparing instruments, materials, medicaments and equipment assisting the dental team throughout all aspects of dentistry
