Qualified Dental Nurse at R&G Dental (Dental and Implant Surgery)

Pay:

15 per hour + commission on successful conversions of eligible high-value treatments

Hours:

5 days a week, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break

)

Benefits (Commission Structure):

100 bonus to each staff member (in addition to salary) once the practice achieves 7 successful conversions of eligible high-value treatments exceeding 2,949. A further 20 bonus to all staff members for eachadditional eligible conversion achieved by any team member.

About Us:

At R&G Dental, we are thrilled to welcome a new Qualified Dental Nurse to our friendly and enthusiastic team. Our fully private 4-surgery squat practice in West Didsbury is dedicated to providing top-notch dental care, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence and patient care.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Delivering high-quality dental nursing care to our patients

- Building and maintaining long-term patient relationships

- Preparing surgeries and equipment for daily appointments

- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments

- Assisting with compliance, equipment testing, and administrative tasks

- Supporting dentists during procedures and ensuring the smooth running of surgeries

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dental surgery

- Prepare instruments and materials for dental procedures

- Provide chair-side support to dentists during procedures

- Process dental X-rays and maintain patient records

- Contributing to the team spirit and maintaining a respectful and positive work environment

What We're Looking For:

- Qualified Dental Nurse registered with the General Dental Council (GDC)

- Strong organisational and planning skills

- Excellent team working abilities and respect for colleagues

- Dedication to high-quality patient care and gentleness in handling patients

- Efficient and organised approach to managing a busy role
