We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared in advance. Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using IT systems. Ensure that all dental equipment is cleaned, sterilised, and maintained according to health and safety regulations. Manage appointment schedules and assist with administrative tasks as needed to ensure the efficient running of the practice. Educate patients on oral health care practices and post-treatment care instructions. Collaborate effectively with other dental team members to provide seamless patient experiences.

Requirements

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications or training. Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding. Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. Excellent nursing skills with a thorough understanding of dental procedures. Competent IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling systems. Strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members. Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
