Job Description

We are looking for a qualified dental nurse or in training dental nurse to work in our independently run (non-corporate), mainly private clinic in Edinburgh.

We carry out all fields of dentistry including implants and Invisalign.

This position would be a part time, permanent position. We need someone to work 2 - 2.5 days a week - potentially 1 full day and 2 half days. Hours are negotiable from 20-25 hours a week.

The Barron Dental team are looking for a motivated, friendly person to join our team. You will be supported throughout your training.

This position would be suitable for someone who is:

excellent in their communication skills experienced in patient care organised and with attention to detail enthusiastic and eager to learn able to work on their own initiative, as well as part of a team
This position will involve:

General dental nursing duties

Liaising with dentists, practice manager and other staff Decontamination duties Liaising with patients (requests/enquiries) Giving appointments using computerised diary system
