Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials. Ensure patient comfort by preparing them for treatment and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Monitor patients' health before, during, and after procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions. Manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure the cleanliness of the treatment area. Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements

experience in nursing in a dental setting. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage medical records accurately. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor during procedures.
