Job Description
Dental nurse required! An exciting opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic individual to be a part of our team at a busy mixed nhs & private practice. Our ideal candidate should be friendly, hardworking, positive and focused in providing excellent patient care.
Hours: Up to 40 hours between the hours of 8:45am-5:30pm Mon-Fri
Requirements:
Must be Hep B vaccinated
GCSE Maths & English Will be enrolled onto dental nursing course if trainee If a trainee, after a few weeks, you will be expected to be in surgery and learn on the job with the support of a nurse buddy, your Practice Manager & course assessor GDC registration if qualifiedMain duties:
Greeting the patients, making sure they are settled and ready for their appointment Assist the dentist during all procedures, set up and clean down the room for each patient, follow infection control when sterilising instruments, care for and support the patient and work the computer system Charting key dental information during the appointment Keeping the surgery clean and tidy and managing infection control
