The Role:

Provide high-standard chairside assistance for general and specialist dentistry. Lead and mentor junior nursing staff, fostering a positive learning environment. Manage clinical stock control and ordering. Ensure CQC compliance and maintain best practice standards for infection control. Support the practice manager with daily clinical operations.

About You:

GDC registered with significant UK dental nursing experience. Proven experience nursing for specialist procedures (Perio, Endo, Implants) is highly desirable. A natural leader with a passion for mentoring others. Exceptionally organised with strong communication skills. Empathetic, professional, and a true team player.
