Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality services. Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring that all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as infection control protocols. Manage appointment schedules and assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries. Keep the dental surgery clean and organised, ensuring that all equipment is properly sterilised and maintained. Collaborate effectively with the dental team to enhance patient experience and improve practice efficiency.

Requirements

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certification or diploma. Strong IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling systems. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for patient care and a friendly disposition towards patients. Previous experience in a dental practice is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
