Northwick Park Dental Practice welcomes applications from Dental Nurses to join our team at Northwick Park Hospital and King's Greenford Dental Practice

This position would suit an experienced Dental Nurse that wants stability and happiness at a practice that values diligence, learning and professional growth and development.



The practice has recently been refurbished, and our 3 treatment rooms are spacious, bright and air-conditioned. This is a fantastic time to join an experienced team with a reputation for providing excellent service and delivering exceptional standards of communication and care within the safety of a hospital environment.

Full-Time Dental Nurse Required - 1 positions available

14 per hour

Stable patients - Hospital Staff

This position offers stability, support and professional development Must have experience in composite bonding, Invisalign, implants Must hold a UK recognised Dental Nurse qualification
Principal led clinical and dental nursing support and career guidance

Practice Manager- approachable, organised and positive

Dental Nurses - experienced, qualified, and friendly

Start date to be agreed at the earliest convenience.

Applicants must be GDC registered and hold a UK recognised Dental Nurse qualification

Profile

Dental Nurses



All dental nurses will receive training in clinical photography, intra-oral scanning, Invisalign, implants and composite bonding. Our team encourages working as a unit to solve problems and support a comfortable, relaxed workflow whilst enjoying the benefits of having a friendly, professional, and efficient practice environment. You will be working with a number of different clinicians with a diverse range of experience and abilities to support diversity and skill mix within the practice.

Reception



Our reception team is positive, accommodating and experienced in managing day lists to suit a balanced working style and complications are assessed early and quickly managed in-house to facilitate a stable, relaxed, and efficient clinical working day. We plan flexibility within the appointment diary to ensure that the clinic is run smoothly, and patients are happy.

Support



Our team has a diverse range clinical experience and further training in restorative dentistry, leadership, management, and mentoring. You will receive guidance tailored to your needs, with a focus on your professional development including, but not limited to further training linked to clinical aspects of leadership and management.

Opportunities and Development



The team works in the community to promote oral health through local education. All our team members contribute within the departments of Northwick Park Hospital by offering patients the full range of options for treatment, advice, and preventative care.

You will receive guidance and support with encouragement to develop personally and professionally within the organisation. You will be encouraged to demonstrate leadership and integrate within the NHS Trust to deliver care and advice for hospital patients associated with a number of departments, including, but not limited to Maternity Services, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Orthodontics at Northwick Park Hospital. Leadership, Management and Career Progression



You will be required to engage in regular meetings with the management team to support you to achieve your personal, professional, and financial goals whilst encouraging you to engage with the operational management of the practice.

Clinical support is available from experienced clinicians with advanced skills and training. The team benefits from educational support from the neighbouring Northwick Park Dental Education Centre.

The practice has strong relationships with educational providers linked with shared values and we invest strategically in career pathways to assists in the stability and retention of its team members.
