Dental Nurse/Head Nurse

As a highly valued member of our team, you will help deliver outstanding care to our patients, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compliant practice day-to-day.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone with at least in a busy setting who can fit into our highly motivated and ambitious team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures Ensure adherence to decontamination processes in line with infection control guidelines Support the team in delivering high standards of patient care and maintaining clinical standards Use practice management software( Dentally) to manage patient appointments and other administrative duties Engage with patients at the front desk, providing exceptional communication and care

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as a dental nurse, ideally in a busy practice environment Dentally software experience would be beneficial. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills A willingness to enhance your skills and undertake further training when required Ability to work as part of a team and support the practice's high standards of care and patient service Willing to cover other locations(Holbeach, Gosberton, Pinchbeck)
