Job description

This is a brilliant opportunity for a kind and caring nurse who has a passion for prioritising patients and their journey at the clinic. We are looking for an experienced, happy, warm, reliable and motivated individual who is responsible for the wellbeing of all patients with the ability to work alongside all team members and deal with patient enquiries with utmost professionalism. We are a 5 treatment room clinic focused on general, cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics located in the beautiful area of St John's Wood.

The ideal candidate must have:
At least 2 years of high end customer service experience and dental nursing experience
Fantastic communication skills with patients and team members
Confidence in speaking to patient with a warm and friendly manner
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Well dressed and well presented at all times
Well spoken with impeccable manners
Warm telephone manner with excellent writing skills & IT skills
Calm and composed nature
Capable of taking patient photos
Capable of scanning itero scanner
Can assist in compliance
Setting up for cqc inspection & preparing setting up of surgeries
Stock control & ordering
Willing to work with all dentists & specialists
Willing to work on reception when needed

Responsibilities and Duties

Day to day dental nursing duties or assistance on Front of House To meet our patients in a friendly and warm manner To use clinical booking systems with accuracy and attention to detail To work with clinical staff to ensure that the clinic's daily processes are performed smoothly To keep surgery clean and tidy

Required Experience & Skills

Experience as a dental nurse Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great IT skills and knowledge of patient management systems Able to work in a team and be a fast learner Excellent attention to detail Be positive and always smiling Ability to keep calm under pressure Professional manners Kind and caring
