Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. Duties

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and ready for use. Provide exceptional patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans, ensuring confidentiality at all times. Sterilise instruments and maintain a clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage appointment scheduling, including booking follow-up visits and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as needed. Utilise IT systems to update patient information and manage practice administration effectively. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote overall dental health.

Requirements

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant nursing qualifications. Strong patient care skills with the ability to empathise and communicate effectively with diverse individuals. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clear communication with patients and team members. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with IT systems used in dental practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills to work collaboratively within the dental team and provide outstanding service to patients.
