You'll be joining a team of experienced dental nurses to help provide clinical support to dentists, hygienists and patients.

Permanent, full-time contract:
8.30-5.30 Monday to Thursday
8 - 4 Fridays
Saturday availability required (approx 1 in every 4-6 weeks)

Your day-to-day role
An average day for you will involve:
Preparation of the dental surgery including equipment, instruments, materials and labwork
Providing chair side support to our clinicians in delivering a wide range of procedures
Assisting in the recording and maintenance of accurate patient records
Assisting in the smooth running of clinics, maintaining a safe and clean workplace throughout the day
Ensuring the highest standards of infection control and carrying out impeccable decontamination of dental instruments and equipment
Maintaining accurate surgery and decontamination room checklists and logs
Providing excellent customer care to all patients.
Supporting in practice administration as required
Supporting with reception duties as required

Requirements
2 years' experience in Dental Nursing
Level 3 Dental Nursing Qualification or equivalent
GDC Registered
Excellent communication skills
Ability to navigate challenging conversations
Polished appearance
Friendly and empathetic manner

Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
