Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
Provide excellent patient care by ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns or questions patients may have.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans, using IT systems effectively.
Sterilise dental instruments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage appointment schedules, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling patient visits.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of care.
Experience
Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is essential.
Strong patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Proficient IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling systems.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients and colleagues.
