Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and experienced qualified dental nurse with previous experience of working in private practice to join our small team. They must be familiar and confident, have a pleasant and calming personality and be easy to get along and work with. They must be familiar and confident with all routine general dental practice procedures, including oral surgery, Invisalign and implant surgery. Required days and times are:

Tuesday and Thursday 7.45 am to ~3pm,

Friday 7.45 to ~3pm and alternating with 8.15am to 5pm

Alternate Saturdays 8.45 am to midday.

Reception cover also needed on Wednesdays 9am to 5pm.

As a Dental Nurse, you will be an integral part of the dental care team, providing essential support to dentists and ensuring high-quality patient care. Reporting to the lead dentist, your role will involve assisting during procedures, managing patient records, and maintaining a sterile environment. Your core skills in patient care will be complemented by your relevant skills in communication, organisation, and IT, enabling you to effectively interact with patients and streamline office operations. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care by assisting dentists during procedures and ensuring patient comfort. Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment schedules using IT systems. Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address concerns. Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing dental supplies and equipment. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal patient outcomes.

Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour
