as a Dental Nurse. We are currently seeking an experienced and organized individual to work part-time initially, with the potential to increase hours. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a smooth flow within the practice.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dental team during a range of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and equipment are ready
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Provide chairside assistance to dentists during examinations, treatments, and surgeries
- Take and develop dental x-rays as directed by the dentist
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow in the office
- Perform basic administrative tasks including answering calls, managing emails, and filing documents
- Organize stock, conduct checks, and place orders as necessary
- Conduct audits for compliance purposes
- Utilize Itero scanning, take x-rays, and assist in other surgical procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dental Nurse or similar role is essential
- Strong patient care skills to ensure patient comfort and ease

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, dentists, and team members
- Proficiency in using dental software systems for record keeping and appointment scheduling

Fluency in English;
additional language skills are advantageous
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
