Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared in advance. Provide excellent patient care by welcoming patients, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling using dental software. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Collaborate with the dental team to create a positive environment for both patients and staff. Perform administrative tasks as required, including managing inventory of dental supplies.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred but not essential; newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply.

Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with patients and team members. A background in nursing or healthcare is essential, along with proficiency in IT systems related to dental practice management. We would not consider any applicant who does not have any experience in the dental profession. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
