Dental Nurse
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Dental Nurse to join our dental practice in providing high-quality care to our patients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and a passion for patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and maintain the dental surgery for patient treatment
- Provide chairside support to the dentist
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records - Sterilise instruments and equipment
- Educate patients on oral healthcare
- Manage stock control of dental materials
Skills: - Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues
- Basic IT skills for maintaining digital records
- Registered nurse with relevant qualifications
