Job Description

We are looking to replace one of our colleagues who is relocating. We are looking for a candidate to work 4 or 5 days a week - there is flexibility. We are a predominantly private dental practice that accepts referrals from colleagues for more advanced dental treatment as well as providing a wide range of family dentistry.

The duties of a Dental Nurse are to assist the Dentist in surgery to provide the patient with the very best level of care. This will involve recording notes, mixing materials, providing chairside assistance, maintaining the very highest standard of cross-infection control and liaising with other members of the dental team.

Training and qualifications are preferred but not essential as we can guide the successful applicant through the training and qualification process and employ them as an apprentice until qualified.

The successful candidate will be working along side most of our dental team and needs to be able to gel well with the team here. Start date is flexible. The practice will pay for the successful candidate's GDC registration fee, their indemnity insurance and free dental treatment.

Pay: 16,224.00-27,378.00 per year

Expected hours: 31 - 39 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability

Experience:

Dental Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Valid GDC registration (preferred)
