Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and sterilised. Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and update information as required, ensuring confidentiality at all times. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up calls to ensure optimal patient flow. Handle administrative tasks such as managing inventory of dental supplies and equipment. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols. Stay updated with the latest dental practices and technologies through continuous professional development.

Experience

Training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and team members. Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling software. A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
