Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality treatments. This position requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our patients.
Hours are Mondays 8.45-4, Fridays 8.45 -6. Holiday and sickness cover preferable.
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with patients, providing them with information regarding treatments and aftercare. Support the dental team in managing appointments and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the practice.
Qualifications
Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certification or experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective communication with patients and colleagues. Strong IT skills to manage patient records and other administrative tasks efficiently. Excellent organisational skills to maintain an orderly work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. A genuine passion for patient care, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
