We are seeking a dental nurse to join our new growing practice in Norwich city centre.
We are a new private practice, offing various cometic treatments, orthodontics and oral surgery.
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared in advance.
Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up to date.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise patient flow within the practice.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
Perform administrative tasks as required, including managing stock levels of dental supplies and equipment.
Communicate effectively with both patients and team members to foster a positive environment.
Requirements
Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certification or diploma.
Strong IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling software.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care with empathy and professionalism.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
