Dental Nurse (GDC Registered) - Join Our Friendly, Modern Practice!

We are looking for a caring, motivated, and reliable Dental Nurse to join our modern, patient-centred practice in the heart of Pinner. This is a primarily clinical role, with occasional reception support when required. There is also the option to be involved in social media for candidates who have an interest in this area - this is completely optional and not part of the core role.

? Essential Requirements (Must-Haves)

GDC Registered Dental Nurse (or close to obtaining registration) NVQ Level 3 Dental Nursing (or equivalent) preferred Strong understanding of cross-infection and clinical protocols Confident using dental software and digital systems Excellent communication and patient-care skills Professional, organised, reliable, and detail-focused Positive team-player attitude CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities (Primary Clinical Duties)

Chairside assistance for a full range of treatments Preparing instruments, materials, and equipment Sterilisation and decontamination procedures (HTM 01-05 compliant) Four-handed dentistry Keeping surgeries clean, organised, and well-stocked Supporting patients with reassurance and clear explanations Maintaining accurate clinical notes and digital records

Optional Responsibilities (Not Essential)

Reception Support (Occasional)

Greeting patients and supporting check-in/check-out Basic appointment tasks and simple phone handling Processing payments
Social Media (Optional, Interest-Based)

Ideal for candidates who naturally enjoy or feel confident contributing Helping capture photos/videos and supporting content ideas Enhancing the practice's online presence in a creative, informal way
(Both of these areas are optional and not required for the role.)
