Due to expansion, Regent Street & Stamford Bridge Dental are looking for a dental nurse to join our team. Apprentice applications excepted.

We will consider part time and full-time positions.

We are a private, family owned and run dental practice with two sites in East Yorkshire.

Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, assisting the dental team, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This position requires a strong commitment to patient welfare and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring that all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide high-quality patient care by making patients feel comfortable and informed about their treatments. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner. Sterilise instruments and maintain a clean and organised working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up calls to ensure optimal patient flow. Collaborate with the dental team to enhance the overall patient experience.

Skills



Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' needs. Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues. Background in nursing or relevant qualifications that support nursing duties within a dental setting. Basic IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling systems. Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
