We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our team. Duties

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide exceptional patient care by ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns or questions patients may have. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans, using IT systems effectively. Sterilise instruments and maintain cleanliness in the surgery area to adhere to health and safety regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of service delivery.

Skills

Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues. Relevant nursing qualifications or experience in a dental environment is advantageous. Competent IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling appointments. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients and team members. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a busy practice environment.
