Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and qualified, GDC registered Dental Nurse with a competitive salary to work at our busy NHS practices based in Rawtenstall, or a nurse currently in the process of training towards a qualification

We are based in Rawtenstall with great links to Manchester and wider Lancashire.
Our practice has an excellent reputation in the local area, and has been providing quality dentistry to the local community for 20 years
We are looking for an ethical, motivated Dental Nurse who is competent with excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continued professional development.

We are committed to supporting and developing the successful candidate with an experienced clinical support network, this consists of long standing-nursing staff, highly experienced senior dentists The candidate will need to be an excellant team player to fit in with our friendly team of over 25 staff and strive to develop a strong rapport with both our team and our patients.

As well as general dentistry any experience in oral surgery or orthodontics would be advantageous but not essential .

Opportunity to work with Specialist Dentists in orthodontics, , oral surgery, and implants

Any offer of employment would be subject to satisfactory completion of a DBS check and satifactory references

We are comitted to keeping our staff safe during the pandemic, following strict standard operational procedures and full PPE rquirements . All are surgeries are fully ventilated with fitted air exchange units

Responsibilities



Provide high-quality patient care in a dental setting, ensuring comfort and safety during procedures. Assist the dentist during orthodontic treatments, preparing necessary tools and materials. Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment schedules using IT systems. Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and addressing concerns. Uphold GDC standards and adhere to infection control protocols. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal patient outcomes.

Pay: 29,120.00-30,000.00 per year
