Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team. Duties

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely manner. Sterilise instruments and maintain cleanliness in the treatment areas according to health and safety regulations. Manage appointment schedules, including booking and confirming patient visits. Utilise IT systems for record keeping, appointment management, and other administrative tasks as required. Collaborate with the dental team to enhance the overall patient experience and improve practice efficiency.

Requirements

Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications or training. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A compassionate approach to patient care with the ability to build rapport with patients. Proficient IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling systems. Previous experience in a dental practice is desirable but not essential; we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38.75 per week
