We're looking for a confident and experienced

Dental Nurse / Receptionist

to join our friendly, high-performing team in a dual role that blends chairside support with front-of-house responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical (Nursing):

Chairside assistance for a wide range of procedures Maintain strict infection control and HTM01-05 compliance Prepare surgeries and assist with treatment planning Mentor and support trainee nurses Ensure compliance with GDC, CQC, and Health & Safety guidelines

Reception (Front Desk):

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism Manage appointments and diary scheduling Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person Take payments and manage patient records using SOE / EXACT Assist with occasional social media or marketing content

What We're Looking For

:

GDC-registered Dental Nurse (essential) Experience in reception/admin duties (preferred) Confident using SOE / EXACT or similar software Excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational skills A positive, proactive team player with flexibility for occasional late evenings or a Saturday ( one every 3 months)
