Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and with a big smile
as they arrive at the office, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
Engage in friendly and lively conversation
to build rapport with patients.
Schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient utilization of time slots.
Manage phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries and scheduling requests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially in electronic systems.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and timely service delivery.
Keep the reception area organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Collect patient reviews, create social media content, and post according to our brand guidelines.
Carry out general dental nursing duties when not at reception.
Qualifications:
Proven 5+ years experience in a dental clinic
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Bubbly personality with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with dental terminology.
Experience in social media content creation and posting, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Diploma in Dental Nursing and a GDC registration.
