About the Role

This part-time position involves working closely with our dental team to provide exceptional patient care and assist with various tasks in the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience:

Assist the dental team in delivering an excellent patient experience.

Chairside Assistance:

Provide chairside surgery assistance to dentists and hygienists.

Dental Software:

Operate dental computer software (SoE EXACT) for patient records.

Stock Management:

Maintain stock levels in surgery.

Appointment Management:

Handle patient bookings and appointment schedules.

Payment Processing:

Manage payments for treatments.

Patient Support:

Assist patients with clinical and non-clinical queries.
