Dental Nurse
Job Description
We are looking for a qualified registered dental nurse or an apprentice dental nurse to join our busy team. This full-time (or 2 part time) role will include all aspects of working in a general dental practice, assisting in providing high quality patient care and taking responsibility for preparation of treatment areas, cleanliness and sterilization. You need to be friendly and reliable. Good communication and record keeping advantageous. You must be vaccinated in line with current dental health care professional recommendations (or be willing to be).
The successful candidate will have a varied role; chairside nursing for dentists and hygienists, working in the decontamination room and possibly assisting on reception. As well as providing general dental care, our dentists also provide more complex services, including sedation, orthodontics and implants.
Training will be given to the right candidate(s) if unqualified, with a view to gaining a dental nursing qualification.
Pay will start from 7.90 if unqualified (apprentice) and from 14.00 if qualified, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 7.55 per hour
Expected hours: 34 - 44 per week
