About Our Practice

We are a two surgery Dental Practice (one dentist, one hygienist) in Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield. Family friendly and patient focussed, we are seeking a skilled Dental Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for patient care. We are a Private Only Practice for adults, children and families.

Opening Hours:

Monday: 08:30 - 17:00

Tuesday: 08:30 - 17:00

Wednesday: 08:30 - 13:00

Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00

Friday: 08:30 - 13:00

(No Weekends!)

Your Duties:

Ensuring the dental surgery is prepared for each patient Assisting the dentist and hygienist during various dental procedures Monitor, support and reassure patients Prepare dental materials as required Assist in taking radiographs according to your level of training Sterilising dental instruments and equipment Some reception duties and day to day running of the practice

Skills Required:

Good communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues Good organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently Proficient in English, both written and verbal Qualified as a dental nurse with relevant certifications Basic IT skills for maintaining digital records Demonstrated commitment to patient care and comfort

What are we looking for?

Full-time, part-time, single days/session, holiday cover, starting to suit you.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 27,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 33 per week
