The Opportunity

We opened our brand new clinic in November 2024 and are looking for a dedicated Dental Nurse eager to grow with the practice, enhance their skills with mentorship and support, and contribute to a supportive team environment working to your full scope of practice.

At Swindon Dental & Implant Clinic, we offer the highest quality of general dentistry and a referral service for restorative and implant dentistry with an exemplary focus on patient comfort and experience. We also provide sedation treatments for anxious patients. Alongside the clinical work, we host the Swindon Dental Study Club for continuous learning and networking allowing you the opportunity to join in with free CPD and support local colleagues through their training.

Role Description

As a Dental Nurse, your duties will include:

Assisting with dental procedures and patient care. Preparing and maintaining instruments, equipment, and materials. Ensuring efficient surgery preparation and adherence to strict infection control protocols. Supporting the dentist/therapist/hygienist during procedures. Maintaining patient records and manage appointments. Participating in training sessions and professional development activities. Being able to support front of house with reception duties regularly Taking an active role in compliance and audit

Qualifications:

Certification or diploma in Dental Nursing. GDC registration. Clinical experience is a plus but training will be offered in implant nursing, sedation and impression taking for the right candidate.

Pay:

At Swindon Dental and Implant Clinic, we have a structured pay scheme to allow you to grow in your role through experience and training with hourly rates from 13/hr based on qualification.
